How do I make my hotel reservations?

Answer:
You should contact the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel directly at 1-800-266-9432 to make your reservation for the conference.

If I have a question or issue related to my hotel reservation, who can I contact?

Answer:

Question:
How do I obtain my airline or train ticket?

Answer:
By contacting ESI Travel, our designated travel group. Airline and train tickets will be paid for by the White House Conference on Aging following the guidelines outlined here.

Question:
I am driving to the Conference. Will these costs be reimbursed?

Answer:
Yes. Mileage costs at $.485/per mile plus parking will be reimbursed to delegates arriving by automobile.

Question:
Once I arrive in Washington DC for the Conference, how do I get from the airport or train station to the hotel site? Will I be reimbursed for ground transportation?

Answer:
Delegates should select their own ground transportation to/from the airport from the options on this Web site available by clicking here. Delegates will be eligible for reimbursement for their ground transportation.

How do I request ground transportation reimbursement?

Answer:
All delegates will receive, in advance, a reimbursement form and instructions for requesting their reimbursement.

Question:
When do I submit my reimbursement request and when can I expect payment?

Answer:
Delegates will have 30 days to submit their reimbursement request. A reimbursement check will be mailed to the delegate within 10 business days following the receipt of a fully completed (with documentation as outlined in the instructions) form.
